TalkInvoice uses Paddle as its payment processor and Merchant of Record. All payments and refunds are handled by Paddle in accordance with their invoiced consumer terms.
Free Accounts
TalkInvoice offers a free tier that does not require payment. As no charges are made for free accounts, no refunds apply.
Paid Subscriptions
Customers who purchase a paid subscription through Paddle are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the date of purchase, in accordance with Paddle’s refund policy.
How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted directly through Paddle. Customers may use Paddle’s self-service tools or contact Paddle Support to request a refund.
Refund Processing
All refunds are processed by Paddle and returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all refunds are handled by Paddle under their applicable terms.
